I have always thought of starting my own blog, but have been too lazy to start off. Given a chance, would love to begin with something. Thank God, Innerchef came to my rescue.
Have developed a passion for Baking off late. I have always been a foodie. And what more than feeding yourself. That’s one of the biggest joys of life. Though due to my work, I hardly get time to cook or bake. But weekends are what I
dedicate to it 100%.
My younger brother, Vansh motivates me to bake new things and try good stuff (obviously he doesn’t eat it all). Be it mix sauce Pastas, Pizzas or desserts, he loves all and he gives fair and honest feedback on whatever I bake. From the time I started baking, I had always wanted to make good Chocolate Brownies for my family. Well, thought first attempt could be a failure. But, but , but fortunately, I succeeded. They were so fudgy and yummy. I couldn’t take my eyes off them for a while. Couldn’t really believe that I baked them. So, I would definitely want to share the recipe with everyone who would read this. I am sure, you are going to love whenever you bake them, and they would be finished in no time.
I am a chocolate fan (unlike my parents) so chocolate becomes my weakness most of the times. And you know the best part with Brownies, you don’t need a lot of utensils as it can be made in a single bowl.
So, here you go with the recipe of Chocolate Brownies, hope you like it.
(Quantity – 16 brownies)
150 grams dark chocolate chopped
100 grams Butter, softened.
2 tablespoons (15 grams) cocoa powder
200 grams granulated white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
95 grams all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt (Only if you use Unsalted Butter above)
Preheat your oven at 180 degrees C and place the rack in the center of the oven. Line an 8

butter paper.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a large bowl and microwave it for 40 seconds. Mix in the
cocoa powder and sugar .
Whisk in the eggs, one at a time. Put Vanilla essence to it. Pour into the prepared pan and
bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with
little batter.
Remove from oven and let cool a stand or wire rack.
*Note- Do not over bake, as these might get burnt. Also, these taste best when served
