“A recipe has no soul. You, as the cook, must bring soul to the recipe.” -Thomas Keller”
Thomas Keller was a smart man indeed. It is true that although premium ingredients, a great recipe and flawless cooking techniques can make a dish great, what makes a dish really memorable is the cook. A perfect example of this would be the ubiquitous maa ke haath ka khaana. The unimaginable amount of love and soul a mother puts into her cooking can compete with any Michelin star restaurant out there!
This thought stuck in our heads and we could not help but mull about it. If we can put soul into a dish to make it great, can we not do the same with our blog? Thus, began our vision for the InnerChef Blogosphere 2.0!
