White Chocolate Caramel Fudge.

Whenever I hear the word Fudge, I think of Condensed Milk. Well while grocery shopping, I got a couple of cans of Nestle Condensed Milk. Had to use it so started looking for few recipes online. Came across this beautiful Fudge which was equally delicious to eat. But yes, your diet will go for a toss. Anyway there’s always a Cheat day, you can enjoy this on those few cheat days.

This is very easy, please try it and let me know how you like it.

Ingredients for Caramel Fudge Recipe

 

Brown sugar – 1 cup
Butter 125 grams
Condensed milk Sweet- 200 grams
Liquid glucose- 1 teaspoon (Optional)
Honey- 1 tablespoon
White chocolate (Chopped)- 200 grams

Heat brown sugar in a non-stick pan. Add butter and mix and cook. Then, add condensed milk and cook, stirring continuously.
Add liquid glucose and honey and continue to cook, stirring continuously, till the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan. Take the pan off the heat, add white chocolate and mix well till the mixture is well blended.

Pour into an aluminium tray lined with cling wrap. Level the surface. Cool and keep in the refrigerator for 5-7 hours or overnight to set. Cut into squares and serve.

This delicious thing is ready to eat. Too irresistible for anyone. Do try it!
